When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, any note you leave for the driver, and your email if you give it. That is all we need to bring your order to your door.
Your basket is stored in your own browser until you order. We do not see it before then.
We do not sell your details to anyone. We do not share them with anyone except the courier bringing your order, and only what they need to find you.
We take cash on delivery and bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers.
Order records are kept for five years, as UAE commercial rules require. If you asked for offers, we keep your details until you tell us to stop.
Message us any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days, unless we are required to keep the record.
We use your browser’s own storage to remember your basket. We do not use advertising trackers.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
