When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, any note you leave for the driver, and your email if you give it. That is all we need to bring your order to your door.
Your basket is stored in your own browser until you order. We do not see it before then.
We do not sell your details to anyone. We do not share them with anyone except the courier bringing your order, and only what they need to find you.
We take cash on delivery, bank transfer and card payments. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled by Mamo Pay on their secure page. We never see or store your card number; we only receive confirmation that the order is paid.
If you write a product review we keep your name, star rating and review text, and show them with the review once we have checked it. If you add the mobile number you ordered with, we use it only to mark the review “Verified buyer”. The number is never shown.
The Sugar Beauty Lab app for iPhone and Android collects the same order details as the website, only when you place an order. Your bag, wishlist and list of past orders are saved on your own phone. The app has no account to create, no advertising and no tracking, and does not use your location, camera or contacts.
Order records are kept for five years, as UAE commercial rules require. If you asked for offers, we keep your details until you tell us to stop.
Message us any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days, unless we are required to keep the record.
We use your browser’s own storage to remember your basket. We do not use advertising trackers.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
